Professional Summary

With over 22 years in real estate, I’ve seen and solved most of the problems that arise in marketing and selling commercial properties.   When I started my career, the industry experts said I would need to complete 100 deals to experience all the various types of deals.  I’ve successfully completed over 500 commercial transactions.

Owners and clients of self storage properties are the most important people in my practice.  To them it's critical they bond with a trustworthy, competent partner.  Afterall they are placing their life long work in the hands of a real estate expert  to market and sell  their asset ensuring  their financial objectives are met. 

Undoubtedly in self storage, the client’s business is normally very successful.   Its a  matter of understanding how they  built and maintain their revenue and then use my skills to market their benchmark successes attracting the highest paying investor the market will offer.

Hearing an owner say “yes Tom I want you to sell my property’” is always welcomed news in my daily work, but delivering the right process bringing the transaction to a successful close and pleasing the client is the most rewarding experience in my profession.

The U.S. self-storage sector has joined the big leagues, recently attracting a great deal of interest from investors. Over the past two decades, sales volume of self-storage properties has totaled approximately $28.2 billion, according to data from Real Capital Analytics.
