About

Professional Summary

As a 17-year industry veteran, I help the company grow its tenant representation and corporate solutions platform. As a senior vice president in Colliers International | Chicago’s Office Advisory Group, I represent clients with real estate transactions and strategic planning initiatives both in the Chicago area and globally.

Over the course of my career, I have become a leading tenant advisor, representing corporate users with services such as strategic planning, account management, site selection, space acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis and lease or contract negotiations.

I have demonstrated my ability to deliver creative and unique real estate solutions to my clients, even when situations or market conditions appear unfavorable. I meticulously plan how to best position a deal within the given market and circumstances to maximize leverage for each client. My superior market intelligence combined with creative negotiating tactics result in my clients experiencing a reduction of occupancy costs, an increase in short and long-term lease flexibility, and solutions that enhance their work environment and efficiencies.

I have represented a wide range of clients including healthcare/pharmaceuticals firms, technology and start-up companies, associations and non-profits, and financial or professional/consulting service industries. To date, I have completed more than 250 successful transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and valued at more than $1 billion.

Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent more than 11 years specializing in tenant representation and corporate account management in Chicago at The Staubach Company, and then with Jones Lang LaSalle after the acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008.
