Tim Johnson in as Associate for the Colliers International's Stamford, CT office. Tim joined Colliers International to focus on the Fairfield and Westchester County markets.
Tim currently focuses on Agency and Tenant representation, Investment sales in Fairfield and Westchester counties.
Tim has provided real estate Advisory services to a variety of clients including CDS Displays, Twenty Lake Holdings, Pimlico Interiors, Mars Advertising, Levco Tech, and Creative Image Design.
Before joining Colliers International full time, Tim interned in the Colliers Stamford office and also held another internship at a local commercial real estate firm.
Tim graduated from the University of Connecticut in May of 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Tim was a co-recipient of the Political Science Department Award for outstanding academic achievement, given annually by the faculty of UConn-Stamford. Tim is also a graduate of the Salisbury School in Salisbury, CT.

Bob Miler joined Colliers in 2016 bringing more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the Tri-State area. He specializes in office and industrial properties and has represented some of Southern New England's premier tenants and owners. His current focus is Landlord and Tenant Representation.

Enzennio Mallozzi serves as Managing Director, Investment Services– Stamford, CT. In this capacity, he leads the Investment Services Group, which includes the aqcuisition and disposition side of Office, Multifamily, Self-Storage and Land.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mallozzi worked for Soundview Wealth Management as an investment advisor placing equity in large real estate syndications. Mallozzi also works as a principle, purchasing and developing various residential developments and repositions.
Enzennio has overseen the valuation of over $300M of distressed assets across a myriad of products including land, multifamily and office. He has personally managed the development of over 50,000 SF of residential development. Since joining Colliers in 2010, Mr. Mallozzi has represented notable clients such as CW Capital, LNR, FDIC, and Eversource Energy. He has a strong understanding of capital structure and has a growing track record of placing equity in various structures, including TIC and DST, with a particular focus on common and preferred equity structures. Enzennio has also worked on partnership recapitalizations and restructuring strategies with clients and partners seeking to maximize their returns, leverage existing holdings and expansion of their portfolios.
Mallozzi is an active member of his community and is involved with various organizations. He is an active soccer coach at King Lowe Heywood and is an avid mentor to young athletes within the community. Enzennio organizes annual fundraisers which help to support The Orphaned Starfish Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Stamford, Kick it for Keith Foundation, the Umbrella Club and the Stamford Youth Soccer League. Over the last 5 years, his efforts have collectively raised over $150,000 for charitable causes.
