Mr. Miller has been in the asset management business since 1985.  He started his career as an on-site building manager in downtown Chicago and later held positions as an institutional asset manager for CitiCorp Real Estate and The Travelers Realty Investment Corporation.  Bob is well versed in all aspects of property management including financial control, budgeting, construction management, and preventative maintenance.  He also has vast experience in running numerous asset valuations and budgeting software programs.

Mark Tekavec is currently responsible for property management, including supervision of Building Personnel, on a portfolio of Office and Warehouse Projects for Institutional and Local Investors.

Mr. Tekavec has been in the commercial Real Estate Industry for more than 20 years. He started his career as Assistant Controller for a local regional Developer, before moving to BetaWest as Manager of Asset Operations and Dispositions. Mark also held positions as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Trammel Crow Company, where he supervised 90 Employees, and Vice President / Director of Management Services at Grubb & Ellis, where he oversaw the administration and business development, as well as management operations. He is well versed in all aspects of Property Management, including lease negotiations.

Sherry manages approximately 1.2 million square feet of office and flex properties throughout the Denver metro area. Including supervision of building and administrative personnel. Experienced with property management software, including MRI, Realogic and Yardi.

Sherry's experience includes commercial property management, leasing (including renewals and expansions), and accounting. Sherry started her career in property management in 2003 with Fall River Investments; a small family owned and operated company in Denver. There she managed approximately 500,000 square feet. In 2006, Sherry made the move to SVN Asset Management & Leasing. While there, she managed 950,000 square feet. At SVN, she quickly sharpened her management skills while managing anything from seven-building flex properties to 10-story office buildings. She also learned several aspects of property accounting. Colliers welcomed Sherry in early 2009 where she manages approximately 1.2 million square feet across the Denver area.

Gaye Hoffman entered the commercial property management profession in 1988. She has demonstrated strengths in tenant relations and retention, vendor relations, construction management and building maintenance while maintaining strong client relationships and communication. She has also mentored other property managers in supervisory positions at Broe Real Estate Services of Colorado, and ProLogis.

Assist in managing over two million square feet of property for tenants in both commercial office and industrial buildings. I have worked in this industry off and on for over 20 years.

I have managed all types of properties including Class AA high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise office buildings, industrial and campus properties.

Keira prides herself on her keen customer service skills.  She has managed commercial real estate and has successfully reduced operating expenses while retaining tenancy in a trying economic era. 

Keira was introduced to commercial real estate in June of 2007 when she was hired on as the “Tenant Service Coordinator” for a branch of a California based company.  She excelled quickly and became the “Assistant Portfolio Manager” where she managed 950,000 square feet of office and flex properties.    

In April, 2012 Keira joined the growing Management division of Colliers where she is looking forward to contributing to the success of Colliers International. 

Anja supports the Property Management Department of Colliers International in the day-to-day operations. Her main responsibilities are lease administration, contracts, proposals, assisting in budget preparation,  research and general correspondence. She also assits in the due dilligence process during sales.

Anja has over 17 years of Real Estate experience. After seven years in the residential real estate sector, she worked for a land brokerage for four years as a contract and marketing manager. She joined the property management team of Colliers International in April of 2010.
