Todd N. Edmonds has used his 25 plus years of specialization in the acquisition and sale of commercial land and office/industrial real estate in the Houston area to assist clients in their real estate decision making and problem solving processes.
Todd began his real estate career when he joined his grandfather's firm – T.N. Edmonds & Associates – in 1980's as researcher, then an associate real estate appraiser. During this period Todd worked directly with developers, investors, lenders and large institutions analyzing market trends, pricing, acquisition and disposition scenarios for commercial properties throughout the Greater Houston area. This training and background enhanced Todd’s analytical and valuation skills that today allow him to uniquely and critically analyze a property’s current and potential highest and best use. Today, Todd is considered among the top land and industrial experts in the Houston area and has been inducted in Colliers Everest Club multiple times and named to the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters consistently since 1999. With The Betz Companies from 1997 to 2002, Todd specialized in the sale, leasing and acquisition of office/warehouse and commercial land with these activities primarily focused in northwest Houston and south Montgomery County. In 2002, Todd joined Colliers International as Vice President in the Industrial/Land Division and was given the responsibility of expanding Colliers’ presence in these areas throughout Greater Houston. His knowledge and expertise quickly made him known as Colliers’ Houston Land expert. In 2003 he was recognized as the “Colliers All Star” and has been among the top revenue producers each year since joining the firm. Todd received his CCIM designation in 1999 and added his SIOR designation in 2005. The following year was promoted to Principal and head of Colliers Houston Land Practice Group.
Todd is active in various Houston area real estate and business organizations as he is past President of The Houston Realty Business Club (www.HRBC.org), Past President of Houston Chapter of SIOR, past Vice President of TNW MUD among others. Through his experience and expertise he has mentored many aspiring real estate professionals.

Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Director, Financial Analytics | Houston
Bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:

Shelby joined Colliers International in May 2019 as the client services coordinator in The Woodlands. Shelby supports her team of advisors who specialize in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, healthcare and senior housing. In her role as client services coordinator, she helps develop and maintain a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance, tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
