Working closely with clients, I strive to understand and evaluate their short- and long-term objectives. Leveraging my knowledge of the office and educational property markets, I position properties to increase liquidity and maximize value. Through a multi-disciplined approach, I align marketing strategies with my clients’ business goals to delivers optimal results.
I bring tremendous value to clients through a comprehensive platform of services, including strategic marketing, acquisition and disposition, new and renewal lease negotiations, lease restructuring, occupancy cost reduction, and coordinating construction and tenant improvements. In 2013, I joined Colliers as a research associate for Greater Phoenix. In this role, I monitored tenant activity, maintained an extensive lease and sale comparable database, compiled quarterly office market reports, and assisted brokerage professionals with market presentations. During my time in research, I gained extensive market knowledge and analytical skills. By the fall of 2014, I had sharpened those skills and transitioned to a broker position with Colliers.
As a senior associate with Colliers International, I represent owners and landlords, including private and institutional investors, as well as tenants, in the leasing of office properties. I am involved in all aspects of leasing our team’s property listings. I develop targeted marketing and leasing strategies designed to maximize exposure and identify prospective tenants for each property. As a proactive advocate, I am focused on reducing occupancy costs and negotiating aggressive and cost-effective transactions for my clients. With a solid understanding of real estate market conditions and trends, I guide clients in making strategic real estate decisions, going above and beyond to ensure my clients’ goals are met.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a sales and leasing agent with TCT Commercial Real Estate. I developed a business plan to increase sales and leasing of office, medical office, retail and land properties for the firm. I was responsible for increasing business in the office by 40 percent through cold-calling, networking and direct marketing.

I joined Colliers International in Arizona in 2018, as a researcher. In this role, I monitored tenants-in-the-market activity, assisted in compiling quarterly market reports for each property discipline, and maintained lease and sales comparable databases.
While at university, I served as a commercial real estate intern for CBRE and Lee & Associates in Phoenix, conducting property surveys, touring properties with prospective clients, and compiling industry research.
Senior Client Services Specialist
As the senior client services specialist for a top-producing office and education services team with Colliers International, I provide advanced marketing support to enhance the team’s service offering to the marketplace. Our team specializes in the sale and leasing of office and educational properties, with expertise in tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land.
The team includes Todd Noel, CCIM, senior executive vice president; Ryan Timpani, executive vice president; Kyle Campbell, associate vice president; Nick Bialkowski, senior associate; and Matt Baniszewski, associate.
I assist in developing innovative marketing strategies for each client and property, including print and digital marketing. In support of business development, I prepare highly effective listing proposals, presentations, offering memorandums and property brochures. I also coordinate with research and GIS to develop demographic maps, market intelligence and research data to market properties and aid tenants in making strategic location decisions.
As a results-driven professional, I recognize the value of a collaborative environment and strong relationships to support the success of the team and its clients. I am committed to being highly responsive and keeping all parties fully informed throughout the marketing process.
In 2016, I joined Colliers as senior client services specialist for the 10-member Arizona Retail Services Team, significantly elevating marketing services for the team.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a senior brokerage coordinator for Capital Markets with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, providing marketing and sales support to multifamily and retail investment brokers.
My extensive background includes more than 10 years as a strategic business and property manager for high-profile property management firms. I honed a diverse skill set in leasing, sales, marketing, accounting, budgeting, bid review, asset evaluation, construction and maintenance. I consistently grew occupancy and returned properties to stable operations.
My experience includes serving as business manager for Freeman Webb Company, First Management Services, Riverstone Residential Group, Banyan Realty Management, and Lincoln Property Company; and assistant manager for United Residential Properties. I also served as community manager for Lawler Wood, LLC / Wood Properties.
