Tony D’Ambrosio has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, research & analysis, and marketing and has personally executed over 100 shopping center investment sale transactions across the Southeast United States.
Accomplishments
After receiving a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, he began his career as a real estate research analyst, and quickly became Director of Research at Realticorp, a commercial investment fund in Greenville, SC. He then moved on to co-found St. James Capital, a private real estate investment firm where he served as Director of Investments and was responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial real estate investment cycle, from acquisition to asset management and disposition. He focuses strictly on the sale of shopping centers throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, and is consistently among the top producing shopping center Investment Sales brokers at Colliers nationwide.
