Tory has a great background and phenomenal experience in the Property Management business. Most recently, Tory was the Vice President, Management Services for Madison Marquette for 12 years where she was the market leader for the Pacific Northwest region overseeing more than 2 million square feet, including but not limited to, Pacific Place, Pacific Place Garage, Bellevue Connection, Westwood Village and Issaquah Commons. Over the years, Tory has represented many institutional clients such as Heitman, Blackrock, Morgan Stanley, Invesco, Bentall Kennedy, State of Florida, Stockbridge and LaSalle, to name a few. Tory has previously managed urban in-fill, lifestyle, neighborhood, office, multi-family and office properties as well as regional assets ranging from 50,000 SF to 850,000 SF.
Tory has obtained her WA Managing Broker License #25072 and CA Broker License #01786085.

Senior Property Manager
Vanessa joined Colliers International in 2015 as a Property Manager for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Puget Sound region. Her responsibilities include owner representation and positive tenant relations, which she accomplishes through managing all aspects of marketing, leasing, service contracts, construction management, developing budgets and monthly financial reports. Her management expertise consists of industrial, office, medical and retail assets. Vanessa has over 18 years in real estate and property management experience in both commercial and residential.
John joined Colliers International in 2015 as a Property Manager for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Puget Sound region. His responsibilities include owner representation and positive tenant relations, which he accomplishes through managing all aspects of marketing, leasing, service contracts, construction management, developing budgets and monthly financial reports. His management expertise consists of office, marina and industrial space. John has over 9 years in real estate development and property management experience in both commercial, residential and industrial, currently totalling approximately 920,000 square feet. This includes approximately 300,000 square feet in industrial and 620,000 square feet in commercial office space ranging from North Seattle to Everett, WA.
Anne Gatdula joined Colliers International in April of 2018 as a Property Assistant for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Puget Sound Region. She has many years of Accounts Payable and Receivable experience, providing exceptional support to finance, management team, and clients. Responsibilities includes full cycle accounts payable and receivable functions, cash reporting, accounts reconciliation and journal entries, assist with preparation of budgets, monthly and annual accruals, assist with internal and external audits, prepares schedules for monthly-quarterly and annual property financial package.

Mike joined Colliers International in 2000 as a building engineer for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS] for the Puget sound region. His responsibilities include maintaining and operating all mechanical and electrical equipment including troubleshooting and energy management. He also promotes and sustains excellence in service to all clients both internal and external. Mike has 35 years as a building engineer, maintaining a 355,000 sq ft industrial/office building in Mukilteo, WA.
Joe Stuart began with Colliers International in August 2018 starting off as an Assistant Property Manager as where he supported the operations of a portfolio that included Industrial, Office and Retail properties. As an Assistant Property Manager, he oversaw processes for improving vendor contract management and vendor engagement which led to an increase in vendor performance and quality control. Joe also implemented a rigorous A/R program across the portfolio with an emphasis on reducing Tenant delinquencies.
In September 2019, Joe was promoted to Property Manager where he effectively manages and executes all areas of property operations including oversight of major Capital Improvement projects and Tenant Improvement projects. As a Property Manager, Joe is responsible for completing all financial reporting related to the properties and completes all annual Operating Budgets.
Joe’s hands-on approach to Property Management allows him to be especially skilled in establishing and maintaining positive vendor and tenant relations, as well as positive client relations.
