Having worked largely in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years, including real estate brokerage and over 20 years in commercial real estate law at two top local firms, I love commercial real estate! I enjoy that every transaction is different – different parties, property and processes. I have had my Michigan real estate license for over two decades now and put it into use every day with every facet of the business. Because I love history thanks to my Dad, my personal favorites are the historic locations we represent and bringing new life and energy to each location. Ultimately, it’s about the people who work in each location, finding properties that suit their needs, or selling property for our owners and leasing for our landlords, that we have the great pleasure to represent.
My team at Colliers is comprised of seasoned veterans of the industry, and young newbies with the same drive and passion as the vets. Whether it’s drafting leasing and sale documents, assisting with site selection tour events, or giving guidance to those younger than me, I am engaged within the process every single day with the common goal of satisfying the real estate needs of each tenant and landlord we work with.

Responsibilities include expansion and development of the office leasing portfolio and encompass all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales, leasing, asset management, corporate solutions, valuation and capital services.
Educational and Business Background
Bob began his real estate career as a young entrepreneur buying and fixing up homes in SE Michigan. This quickly led to a full time career in commercial real estate in 1992. Bob spent 14 years at Snowden & Associates then moved to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for 11 years. Bob will continue his Landlord and Tenant Representation services with Colliers International. Bob’s main focus is office leasing and sales specializing in SE Michigan.

Associate Vice President
Bryan Barnas is an Associate at Colliers International Detroit. Bryan has created relationships and experiences in all the food groups of Commercial Real Estate. Most notably, Bryan specializes in Selling and Leasing office, medical, industrial, and high - tech properties.
He received his license in 2010. Since then, Bryan has completed over 150 transactions. In addition, Bryan Barnas alongside Gary Grochowski, Director of Agency Leasing, helped build the Landlord platform to over 100 properties throughout Oakland, Wayne, and Livingston County.
Andrew Sadler joined Collier's after completing his Bachelor's degree at Michigan State University. Andrew's knack for sales has been established through years of experience in residential leasing, as well as automotive leasing and sales. Providing clients with sound advice and acting with integrity has led Andrew to success in past endeavors, and are the pillars on which he is building his reputation as the broker who accelerates his clients' success.
