As an associate with Colliers International in the Scottsdale office, Tyler specializes in investment sales with a focus on the disposition and acquisition of self-storage, industrial, and manufactured housing properties.

Tyler is a member of Colliers International's National Self Storage Practice Group and a member of the Arizona Self Storage Association.

As a Phoenix native, Tyler has had first-hand experience seeing the exponential growth the Phoenix metropolitan area experienced over the past two decades. Familiarity with the Phoenix market is the backdrop to all my business activities.

Prior to joining Colliers, Tyler worked for the Global Wealth Management division of Merrill Lynch in their Scottsdale complex, one of the top producing offices in the country. Through my role at Merrill Lynch, I formed a very strong financial and investment foundation, which has added value for my clients at Colliers.

In addition to providing advice on traditional brokerage assets, Tyler partnered with the commercial banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, assisting commercial real estate clients in securing financing for their assets. Being familiar with a large investment bank’s appetite for risk on commercial real assets has provided insight and guidance that sets me apart and provides value to my commercial real estate clients.

  • $4.232 million- 13430 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ - 40,018 SF three-story, multi-tenant office building. Nov. 2014
  • $4.3 million - 15230 N. 75th St., Scottsdale, AZ - 38,425 SF multi-tenant office and aviation hangar property in the Scottsdale Airpark. Represented the lender on this REO asset. December 2014.
  • $3.75 million - 8989 E. Via Linda, Scottsdale, AZ - 35,733 SF neighborhood retail center in North Scottsdale. April 2015
