With more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, I lead the Midwestern Multifamily Advisory Group, which specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Chicago and secondary Midwest markets. Institutional, corporate and private owners rely on my expertise to originate, underwrite, structure and execute commercial investment sales and capital markets transactions. I am experienced in the initiation and management of acquisition and disposition programs for all commercial property types and am particularly noted for my expertise in multifamily investment sales and urban land development as well as adaptive reuse redevelopment throughout the Chicago Metro area and greater Midwest.
Prior to joining Colliers' Investment Services Group, I was a property manager for Colliers, focusing on Class A retail and office properties in the Chicago central business district. While there, I represented a diverse group of clients and provided property accounting, financial analysis, construction and project management and day-to-day operations for a three-million-square-foot portfolio.
I hold a LEED AP designation in operations and maintenance and am an expert in green building technologies and implementation.
I have underwritten and analyzed more than $4 billion in potential acquisition or disposition properties, consisting of 20,000+ apartment units and more than 10 million square feet throughout Chicago and the greater Midwest. I have also executed more than $600 million of multifamily, land, and adaptive reuse office sales consisting of over 5,000 apartment units and was a top producer in the Chicago office in 2017.
I personally executed over $350 million worth of multifamily investment sales in 2019 alone.

Senior Client Services Coordinator
Chicago - Downtown
I currently serve as senior client services coordinator for Vice President Tyler Hague in Colliers International's downtown Chicago office. In this role, l provide exceptional internal sales support to both Colliers’ staff and our clients through efficient and high-quality general support services. I assist with projects such as presentations, listing preparation, transaction administration, gathering market knowledge through various internal and external resources and coordinating promotional and post-sales marketing materials.
I have more than eight years of industry experience, starting my career at JLL with experience in facility & property management.

I am an associate with Colliers | Chicago’s Multifamily Advisory group, supporting Vice President Tyler Hague in efforts to originate, underwrite, structure and execute commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial multifamily real estate throughout the Midwest.
I specialize in middle-market transactions, focusing primarily on business development for the group.
Prior to joining I was an associate broker with @Properties, offering clients a comprehensive suite of services to assist in both purchase and sale.
I graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance with a Minor in Legal Studies in Business. While in school, I was a property intern with the Net Leased/National Office and Industrial Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap as well as a finance intern with Connect International, LLC.

As an associate within Colliers’ Multifamily Advisory Group, I work with a team of professionals who specialize in middle-market multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across the country. While based in Chicago, my primary focus is pursuing investment opportunities in secondary midwestern markets. I bring to the team experience in urban land development as well as the facilitation of public-private partnerships within the multifamily sector.
Prior to Colliers, I worked as a development intern at Flaherty & Collins Properties in Indianapolis. While there, I assisted in identifying and executing new development opportunities as well as the implementation of new operational strategies.
Prior to the development team, I worked at the 336-unit Axis Apartments as an intern with the property management team. During my time there, I played a central role in the pre-lease and lease-up of, at the time, Indianapolis’ marquee luxury apartment property.
Years ago, I had an “aha” moment about my career while biking across the country. I was on a path to pursue a career in accounting when I realized that I had a deep-rooted interest in another field that I was more passionate about. My grandfather had worked in construction building luxury residential homes and large suburban developments, and I found myself fascinated by the process of creating homes for people where they would come to build a life and create lasting memories.
As an associate within Colliers’ Multifamily Advisory Group, I am fortunate to work with a team of professionals whose focus is middle-market properties across the country. I bring to the team my expertise of the Greater Columbus Region, and my primary focus is properties with 100 units or less with value-add opportunity. I bring to the team a holistic perspective of building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, because I understand that putting myself in their shoes is the key to a successful relationship. As I work to build Colliers’ multifamily business in Columbus, I am fortunate to be able to work with a highly collaborative, integrated team that is building value for our clients.
Prior to my current role, I previously worked as a multifamily brokerage intern at Colliers where I gathered and verified market information and organized a database that detailed the team’s transactions. Prior to Colliers, I served as a customs broker intern at Freight Expediters where I dispatched, coordinated and tracked shipment transportation across the globe incoming to the U.S.

Mr. Mathews is the acting Managing Director and Platform Leader of the East Region Multifamily Advisory Group, actively managing twenty five producers and twelve essential support members. Since 2012, Mr. Mathews has assisted with the sale of over 47,700 apartment units totaling $4.8 Billion. Mr. Mathews is routinely recognized by Colliers International as a top producer nationally. Mr. Mathews specializes in institutional and private capital multifamily sales and the placement of equity and debt capital.

Multi-Family and Apartment Investment Specialist. Greg represents Sellers and Buyers of Multi-Family and Apartment Complexes throughout the greater St. Louis area. He takes a client-focused approach to ensure that the party represented receives their desired outcome in a timely manner.

Bob Galamba joined the firm in 2008 as a Senior Vice President and became a Shareholder in 2010. Prior to joining Colliers International, Bob operated his own firm, Galamba Real Estate Services, LLC, a brokerage and development company. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Partner of NAI Cohen Esrey.
Bob has been active in real estate since 1986 specializing in investment property brokerage and consultation of single & multi-tenant industrial properties. His expertise also extends to land sales and multi property sales. His wide range of experience and accomplishments in commercial real estate span various disciplines, scale, and geography.
Over the years, using his creativity and experience, Bob has been a managing partner for rehabilitation and new development projects. His investment experience allows him to provide a unique perspective to assist clients with site selection, disposition and development services.
Kevin joined Colliers International in 2018. His area of focus is representing buyers and sellers of investment properties. Kevin graduated from Kansas University with a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Accounting. Kevin received his CPA in 2017, working for KPMG for two years as an auditor of Financial Services.

Joe is part of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services practice group and the firm’s expert in multi-family assets and land disposition.
Joe began his career in real estate brokerage in 1994. After 3 years in new construction sales, he absorbed the responsibilities of project manager for a land development firm. During the next decade he gained vast experience in land acquisition, entitlement, and development.
After joining Colliers in 2009 in the midst of the real estate recession, Joe worked closely with several banks and local lenders on completion and disposition of broken residential developments all over southeastern Wisconsin. Joe continues this work post-recession. During the course of his 22-year career in real estate, Joe has acquired priceless skills and knowledge. His areas of expertise include valuation and disposition of multi-family, residential land, redevelopment, mixed use, and assisted living assets.
Joe’s insight is constantly sought by coworkers and friends of the firm. He is regularly among the top producing brokers in Wisconsin.

As Associate Vice President with Colliers International, my primary focus is assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Midwest with an emphasis on West Michigan.
My specialty lies in helping our clients maximize sale proceeds during the transaction process, but my team prides ourselves on our ability to deliver data driven market knowledge and trends to our clients throughout the life cycle of a property. As a property investor myself, I am able to view each assignment through multiple lenses to achieve the best results for my clients. My client list includes small and large developers, private equity funds, family trusts, and international investors. I have sold numerous properties to first time international buyers and maintain a network of contacts that extends far beyond the Midwest.
My entire professional life has been focused on multifamily investment properties and I pride myself on delivering a hands-on, personal approach that has developed long-lasting business relationships with my clients. My team is focused on understanding our clients, their company, their long-term objectives, and being a true solutions-based adviser on their side of the table.
