Professional SummaryTyler is a native of Savannah and graduated from the University of Mississippi majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Upon graduation he moved back to Savannah and decided to team up with his dad, Rhett Mouchet, in Summer 2012 in commercial real estate brokerage.
AccomplishmentsTyler is serving Savannah with a growing listing and client base for retail, land, and multi-family and office real estate. He has been involved with the Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard redevelopment with the recent sale of the Thrifty Hardware city block. He is the exclusive Savannah area leasing representative for Cape Asset Management leasing projects such as Okatie Village Commons in Bluffton, Waterford Shoppes in Port Wentworth, the Shoppes at
Harris Trail in Richmond Hill and Magnolia Oaks Village in Hinesville.
Some other recent projects include the sale of 1.12 acre site on Selma Street to Campus Works Development, 28 West State Street (Friedman Arts Building) and the Catholic Diocese office complex on Liberty Street.
