Professional Summary

Victor Krebs specializes in the sale of redevelopment properties, with an emphasis on urban & suburban infill housing projects. Victor has brokered land sales for the development of over 5,000 residential units, along with land for new office buildings and hotels. He also handles the sale of existing buildings for adaptive re-use and conversion to creative office space or residential lofts.  Victor represents major institutional property owners, municipal agencies and private clients in property dispositions and also works extensively with developers on new acquisitions.

Accomplishments

Victor is a consistent Top 10 producer and has been honored by Colliers as the San Diego Region’s Top Producer – 2005. He is the recipient of the International Award of Excellence, which honors the top 50 producers nationally, as well as many Career Best performance awards. In 2005, he was recognized by the Commercial REALTORS Association of San Diego (CRASD) as the Office Deal Maker of the Year for his $70.6 million land transaction, the largest land sale in the history of Downtown San Diego.
