Senior Vice President
Prior to joining CBC Advisors and then Colliers International, Whit Cluff was the senior project coordinator for a national furniture liquidation company. In this position, he grew the gross sales volume to more than $7 million in the first six months by maximizing operations, minimizing overhead and focusing on customer relations.
As the vice president and broker for a major realty and management company, he was involved with asset services as a property manager for multiple office buildings and shopping centers. He positioned properties for resale and facilitated in the purchase and sale transactions of investment properties. In addition to negotiating leases for tenants, he also supervised and organized construction projects for residential subdivisions, condominium projects and commercial centers.
As a broker associate with Colliers International, Whit has been on the front lines for all aspects of commercial real estate. His involvement with clients includes lease negotiations on behalf of tenants and landlords, purchase and sale transactions for investment properties and land acquisition transactions. His clientele includes Intermountain Farmers Association, Canyon Culinary Restaurant Group and Veritas Funding.
Through his proven success, Whit has received several notable recognitions, including the Bronze Circle of Distinction Award in 2005 and the Platinum Circle of Distinction Award in 2006.
When Whit is not involved in real estate, he enjoys spending time with friends and family in the Utah mountains. His passions include snow skiing, running, road biking and mountain biking. Whit has served as an officer and director for several public companies. He is also an active volunteer as a fundraising coordinator for the John A. Moran Eye Center, a non-profit organization that helps third-world communities regain sight. He appreciates helping others and traveling to new and exciting destinations.
