Will has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing primarily in landlord representation. Will represents a wide range of local and institutional investors and is currently responsible for the leasing and marketing of an office portfolio in excess of a million square feet. In addition to office leasing – Will also focuses on investment sales and new business sourcing.
Will began his brokerage career with Transwestern in Dallas before moving to Austin in 2016. While at Transwestern – Will established a strong foundation leasing and marketing more than 1.5 million square feet of office space for mostly institutional clients. Will developed a proven track record and reputation of initiating and executing lease transactions due to his determination and unique skill set. While at Transwestern – Will executed more than 100 lease transactions and gained an invaluable base of experience.
Will holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the Texas Exes Alumni Association. Will is currently a CCIM candidate.

Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Kaitlin joined Colliers International's Houston office in April 2015 after graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Communications. Kaitlin was the Marketing & Research Coordinator and worked closely with her team consisting of Crissy Nolen, Director of Marketing and Lisa Bridges, Director of Market Research.
As a marketing professional in the Colliers' Houston office, Kaitlin maintained the Colliers International marketing platform via a multitude of channels including our website, listing services, and internal communications. In addition, she assisted Lisa Bridges in researching the Houston office, retail, and industrial markets to populate quarterly market research reports.
In 2016, Kaitlin moved to the Colliers Interntional Austin office as a Project Coordinator. She prepares in-house office and industrial market reports and works closely with the company's brokerts to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients. In addition, she maintains all property marketing.
Gillian began her Commercial Real Estate career with Colliers International in Las Vegas, Nevada, acting as Executive Administrative Assistant to one of the top Industrial teams in the Southwest region of the United States. During her several years at Colliers, she helped lead to the successful closings of over a 100 million in transactions of the group’s most notable and complex clients.
