Senior Client Services Coordinator
Xochitl Paez is a Senior Client Services Coordinator in the Occupier Services practice group for Colliers International in Dallas, Texas where she specializes in office tenant representation, client services, account management, marketing and transaction processes.
Xochitl provides internal support to advisors and has assisted local, regional, national and international companies in all aspects of their commercial real estate needs across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Her contributions to successful transactions include research, client deliverables, market surveys/tours, proposals, agreements, letters, and tracking invoices/commissions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Xochitl spent three years as a Brokerage Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on office tenant representation. Xochitl’s commercial real estate career began in 2013 at Henry S. Miller, where she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for industrial, office, retail, land, and multifamily properties.
Over her seven-year career in commercial real estate, Xochitl has been involved in hundreds of deals and has assisted in closing millions in investment sales and lease transactions. She looks forward to growing in the industry and making a difference in her community.
Xochitl (pronounced Sochi) is bilingual, born in Michigan, an MSU Spartan, moved to Dallas in 2010, and lives in Deep Ellum with her husband, Alex. She is involved in the community through organizations including Vogel Alcove, Catholic Charities, DAR, TEDxSMU, CREW, Ladies in CRE, ALPFA, and NAHREP.

Executive Vice President
David Wetherington is an Executive Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International specializing in office tenant representation.
David’s significant experience of 28 years includes representing tenants in over six million square feet in lease and purchase acquisitions, saving his clients in excess of $75 million. He has implemented strategic planning and transaction management services for several Fortune 500 corporations and helped integrate portfolio and transaction management technology for clients with thousands of locations worldwide.
David’s various assignments include: portfolio management; strategic planning; lease administration; and acquisition and disposition of real estate.
Prior to joining Colliers, Dylan worked at a boutique full service real estate firm where he was responsible for business development and office leasing across the DFW Metroplex. This included leasing the seventh largest office building in Dallas, 1700 Pacific, located in the heart of Downtown. In this role, working with different andlords, Dylan gained a better understanding of how landlords view different leases, what is most important to landlords in a lease transaction based on their plan for each building and what items need to be the most heavily scrutinized in a lease document from the perspective of the tenant among other things.
Before beginning his real estate career, Dylan worked at the software company Active Network, where he helped organizations of all sizes, from pop warner football teams to summer camps to churches, manage and grow the number of people that they impact.
Anthony Chammah is an associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International Occupier Services practice group. Anthony specializes on complex tenant representation assignments, advising clients to make informed by defining their real estate needs and guiding them through the process of evaluating the market, negotiating leases, and relocating or expanding their offices.
Anthony Chammah began his career in commercial real estate to help companies make smarter real estate decisions with a steadfast dedication to representing tenants and buyers. He accomplishes this by leveraging Colliers market share, industry relationships, and integration of services to provide comprehensive real estate solutions for his clients.
Before joining Colliers, Anthony began his career at Younger Partners’ as an analyst to learn the industry from the ground up. Anthony became Younger Partners’ go-to for extensive market and tenant research as well as the leasing of office product in the DFW Metroplex. He quickly advanced to an associate role, helping tenants and buyers with their real estate needs.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, where he majored in History and minored in Political Science and Sociology. There, he was an active member and active of the Duke Business Network and Alpha Delta Phi.
While in college, he interned at the Dallas Regional Chamber where he gained valuable insight on Dallas’ business community and assisted with marketing and providing incentives that attracted companies to the area
