I am a Vice President with Colliers International | South Carolina and a member of the office brokerage team. I specialize in corporate consulting services, office leasing and acquisitions. My expertise is in representing, or consulting for, local ownership entities, regional and national real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private equity funds. My goal is to provide expertise that allows for better business planning, strategic analysis and asset appreciation.
I believe it’s imperative to fully understand a client’s vision to help them meet both their short-term and long-term objectives. “Listening” is one of the most important facets of commercial real estate. I enjoy commercial real estate because of the relationship building process, problem-solving and the interactions between multiple stakeholders.
In 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, I was named a member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Circle of Excellence. I was also named a 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 CoStar Power Broker for my work in representing tenants and building owners.
Giving back to the community is one of the most important things a person can do, and I enjoy working with several groups that have meaning to me. I serve as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Public Policy Group and Legislative Committee for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® (SCR). I also serve on the SCR Political Candidate Screening Committee. On a more local level, I am a Member of the Board of Directors for the Central Carolinas Realtors Association and the City Center Partnership (CCP) Long Range Planning Committee. I also sit on the Home Works of America Board of Directors as well as the Columbia Advisory Board. I serve on the Heathwood Hall Episcopal School Alumni Council and I am a 2017 graduate of Leadership Columbia.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a minor in Government from Wofford College.
Before joining Colliers International, I worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Washington D.C. as a Portfolio Management Officer within the Credit Products Group of the Global Commercial Bank. My portfolio consisted of forty middle market companies spanning eight different industries.
