Professional Summary

As a commercial realtor at Colliers International, my focus is landlord/seller representation in the office, industrial, and land sectors. My formal training and professional career as a commercial landscape architect has provided me with a confident understanding in what lies under our work: the land itself. With that understanding, I can deliver the selling points and the potential of a property to tenant/buyer prospects.

My background in understanding site feasibility, permitting, and entitlement requirements for commercial land development has proved to be a competitive advantage for both seller and developer clients.

My experience is leveraged by the team approach that Colliers implements on our assignments. I feel fortunate to work with other knowledgeable professionals who complement my experience and allow us to deliver best in class service.

I am grateful to be working and living in the beautiful seacoast area of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with my wife and two beach loving children. I am an associate broker in New Hampshire and Maine, as well as a licensed landscape architect in Maine (not practicing).

After building my professional career for 15 years as a commercial landscape architect in Boston, Massachusetts, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, I shifted my focus from commercial real estate design to commercial real estate brokerage.

> Sold the 18,938 square foot former Powerspan R&D and corporate headquarters building.
> Represented Eversource, Inc. in two sale transactions totaling 86 acres of developable land. Sourced and assisted the Buyer of the inland parcels. Sourced Buyer for the waterfront parcels which is the last undeveloped deep-water access property in the State of NH.
> Represented the Landlord in the 10-year lease to Citizens Bank in Windham, NH.
> Represented the Buyer in a medical investment sale involving property leased by Catholic Medical Center with a total consideration of $4.7M.
> Represented Seacoast Media Group in leasing 10,584 square feet of office space to Convenient MD for its corporate office.
> Represented Calamar Enterprises in a land sale for one of NH’s largest independent senior living community projects. Total consideration for the land was $920,000.
> Represented the Landlord in leasing 19,223 square feet of industrial space to a national credit tenant, Easy Street Sales Corporation.
