Darren Leiderman entered the real estate industry in 1996 when he joined Colliers International’s Long Island predecessor company, Sutton & Edwards. Darren has always distinguished himself through his comprehensive understanding of the economics involved in real estate transactions. Mr. Leiderman’s strength in financial analysis has served to benefit him when dealing with his clients and customers.
During his tenure, Mr. Leiderman has represented many prestigious companies, organizations, and Landlords. He has represented Northwell Health, Pall Corporation, Personal Touch Home Care, and Integra MLTC. Mr. Leiderman also represents prestigious landlords in the market including CLK Commercial Properties, Welltower and Philips International.
Mr. Leiderman’s intimate knowledge of all aspects of real estate deal structure allow him to bring invaluable input to the negotiating table, resulting in optimal transaction consummation.
Mr. Leiderman was honored by the Association for a Better Long Island with the Deal of the Year in 2017 and has been recognized by Long Island Business News multiple times for Deal of the Year. He has now received the Colliers Everest award ten times which recognizes Colliers top producers.
