I have more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience and am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. I have been the managing partner of the Colliers International office in Portsmouth since 1991. In that role, I am responsible for all aspects of the company’s activities, including brokerage, new business generation, and various consulting assignments. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with Wells Fargo, Manulife, Citizens Bank, Edward Jones, ConvenientMD, Exeter Hospital, the City of Dover, the University System of New Hampshire, and many more. In my career, I have been involved in transactions totaling over $360,000,000.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked at The Robbins Group of New Hampshire, Inc. as a Regional Manager, and at Bradgate Associates, Inc. where I was a Land Acquisition Manager.

> Represented Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network in a 50 year ground lease worth more than $4.25M.
> Sold a 140,885 square foot manufacturing building for $4.25M for ThermoFisher Scientific.
> Negotiated a 22,383 square foot lease worth more than $3.2M for Novocure, Inc.
> Represented Southern New Hampshire University in a 19,451 SF lease renewal worth more than $2.25M.
> Sold 41 acres of land for student housing for $1.75M to Capstone Development Co.
> Sold a 52,224 square foot industrial building for $3.02M to an investor.
> Represented Riverwoods in the purchase of land for $1.45M for a continuing care retirement community.
> Sold 7.96 acres for a Holiday Express for $1.0M.
> Sold 25,400 SF industrial building for $1.625M for partial conversion to an indoor shooting range.
> Represented Comcast in a 36,000 square foot lease renewal of industrial and office space worth more than $1.2M.
> Sold 100,025 square foot former community college building on 89.9 acres for $2.75M to an investor.
> Represented ConvenientMD in a 5,326 square foot urgent care center lease worth more than $1.5M.

I started off my career at Colliers International in 2019 working as a sales associate. I focus on buyer/tenant representation along with sales and leasing.
My area of expertise is in the Seacoast of New Hampshire with a concentration in the Rockingham and Strafford County markets.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a student at the University of New Hampshire where I earned a dual undergraduate degree in Finance and Management with a minor in Sales in the Fall of 2018.
During this time, I interned at UBS Wealth Management in downtown Portsmouth, NH.
I was also involved in the establishment of the Professional Sales Group program in 2017. In my leadership role with the Sales Group, I performed in various sales competitions, speed selling events, and role playing exercises.
As a commercial realtor at Colliers International, my focus is landlord/seller representation in the office, industrial, and land sectors. My formal training and professional career as a commercial landscape architect has provided me with a confident understanding in what lies under our work: the land itself. With that understanding, I can deliver the selling points and the potential of a property to tenant/buyer prospects.
My background in understanding site feasibility, permitting, and entitlement requirements for commercial land development has proved to be a competitive advantage for both seller and developer clients.
My experience is leveraged by the team approach that Colliers implements on our assignments. I feel fortunate to work with other knowledgeable professionals who complement my experience and allow us to deliver best in class service.
I am grateful to be working and living in the beautiful seacoast area of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with my wife and two beach loving children. I am an associate broker in New Hampshire and Maine, as well as a licensed landscape architect in Maine (not practicing).
After building my professional career for 15 years as a commercial landscape architect in Boston, Massachusetts, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, I shifted my focus from commercial real estate design to commercial real estate brokerage.
