David J. Sink has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry with a broad range of expertise. He joined Colliers International-Savannah in 1999 and became a partner in 2007. He is active in all areas of commercial brokerage including both landlord and tenant representation and has brokered a number of multi-million dollar investment properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouses. He has also been very active in both landlord and tenant representation, site selection work for office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as build-to-suit projects and land assemblages. Before joining Colliers, David spent four years in the Atlanta commercial and industrial real estate market.

David has completed over 400 transactions involving commercial and office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, investment properties, land, as well as build-to-suit projects.

Education:

David is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He began his career in 1995 in Atlanta with a commercial real estate market research firm. In Atlanta, he was also an office broker and property manager with a local firm, and an industrial broker with a regional industrial real estate consulting firm.
David holds an Industrial Specialist membership in The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the nations leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association with 1,900 members in 350 cities worldwide.
