Testimonials:

“We have enjoyed working with Doug Martin and Colliers International | New Hampshire since 2008 on multiple projects involving the disposition and acquisition of different properties.
Doug’s knowledge of the market has led to us bettering our real estate position  including surfacing multiple off market opportunities. His proactive approach to service and constant communication is extremely refreshing.
I wholeheartedly recommend Doug and Colliers if you need a commercial real estate vendor to help with your business needs.”

"It was a big step for us to move the Manchester Monarchs business offices out of the Verizon Wireless Arena when we needed to expand. Doug Martin was there for us from the beginning helping to foster us through the process.
Doug was able to quickly evaluate our unique needs and show us multiple properties that were in our sweet spot. We are thrilled with our new offices at 66 Hanover Street. Without the vision and patience of Doug Martin and Colliers International we might still be looking. The Manchester Monarchs wholly endorse Doug Martin for all your commercial real estate needs in Southern New Hampshire.”
