Hilary Shipley has over 13 years’ experience in industrial real estate. She joined Colliers in 2009 where she worked as the Marketing Director before joining the brokerage team in 2013.
Since then she has been actively involved in the sale of hundreds of acres of industrial land, and several million square feet of industrial leasing and investment sales. She currently represents over 1.2 million square feet of warehouse space available for lease. She also handles office leasing for over 110,000 SF of office space in Savannah's Historic District and frequently works with buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants of office properties.
Hilary is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She began her career at Legg Mason in Atlanta in its Institutional Equity SalesGroup. She then worked at CBRE in Atlanta handling marketing for its industrial investment sales teams before moving back to her native Savannah to join Colliers.
Hilary is licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.

Over the past 33 years, Cliff has been active in brokering a number of multi-million dollar investment properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouses. He has also been very active in tenant/buyer representation, landlord/seller representation, and site selection work for office, retail, multi-family, medical, and industrial properties as well as built-to-suit projects. Cliff currently represents over 4,639,000 SF in industrial warehouse space and approximately 3,200 acres of entitled industrial land.
Suzanne Tully joined Colliers International | Savannah in 2013. She works primarily with brokers Cliff Dales, Hilary Shipley, Rhett Mouchet and Tyler Mouchet and leads the marketing and research efforts for the Savannah office. In this role, Suzanne is responsible for the creation and implementation of company marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness and recognition in the marketplace, and assisting the brokers with marketing, management, sales and leasing of company listings. Further, Suzanne oversees the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, presentations, proposals, advertising, social media, and research.
Prior to her work at Colliers International | Savannah, Suzanne worked as the Marketing Director for Levrose Commercial Real Estate in Scottsdale, AZ, and as a public relations and marketing coordinator in New York, NY. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding for internal and external communications, media relations, advertising, and marketing. Suzanne has an extensive background in marketing for commercial real estate and plays a proactive role in creative development, website management, database management, and marketing strategy and sales support.
