Serving dual roles for Colliers as vice president, account management for the Americas, and as senior vice president for Colliers International in Arizona, I specialize in corporate solutions, including portfolio management, corporate real estate and workplace strategy, working on behalf of clients with significant domestic and global real estate assets. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, transaction implementation, site selection, lease administration, and project and portfolio management.
With more than 25 years of in-depth experience in corporate real estate, I have completed transactions in excess of 10 million square feet in more than 100 markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Partnering with Phil Breidenbach, SIOR, senior executive vice president; and Kyle York, associate, our team provides exceptional service and strategic solutions to our clients, representing buyers, tenants, owners and landlords.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a principal with Cresa Phoenix for seven years, specializing in corporate real estate. Previously, I managed the corporate real estate portfolio for First Health Group based in Scottsdale for 13 years. The portfolio consisted of more than 2.7 million square feet with an annual operating budget of $33 million.

Senior Executive Vice President
As a senior executive vice president with Colliers International, I specialize in commercial office properties, representing both landlords and tenants. I focus on “life of the asset” landlord agency, tenant advocacy, corporate solutions, acquisitions and dispositions. I have specialized in commercial real estate since joining Colliers in 1984.

I specialize in the sale and leasing of office properties, representing both landlords and tenants. Leveraging my expertise in researching and understanding the market, I strive to align tenant requirements with available properties. I am focused on finding the perfect space to meet each client’s business needs. On behalf of the team and our clients, I actively pursue property listing opportunities and identify prospective tenants. I conduct market research to pinpoint economic and industry trends to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

I joined Colliers in 2017 as a research associate. I assisted with publishing quarterly statistical reports for each property discipline, compiled market statistics, and maintained databases for sales and lease comps. I also conducted industry research using various in-house and on-line resources.
Client Services Coordinator
As a client services coordinator with Colliers International, I provide marketing and client services for a high-profile, senior brokerage team that specializes in office properties and corporate solutions. Our team includes Phil Breidenbach, SIOR, senior executive vice president; Kathy Foster, MCR.w, senior vice president; and Kyle York, associate. Kathy Foster is also vice president, account management, for Corporate Solutions in the Americas.
I develop and design high-quality property marketing collateral and effective digital marketing campaigns that enhance visibility and make properties stand out in the marketplace. Marketing strategies and materials are tailored to each property and client. In support of business development, I assist in developing pitch strategies, create impactful presentations, prepare property tour books, and organize open houses and special events.
Transaction administration responsibilities include drafting sale and lease documents, coordinating the due diligence process, and keeping our team informed throughout each transaction. I also maintain our client database and prepare property activity reports, ensuring information is shared in a timely manner.
As the go-to person for our team, a key aspect of my role is to keep the brokers organized and in the right place at the right time. Being highly organized is a strength I bring to each task and project. I am committed to bringing a high degree of professionalism and superior service to every assignment and interaction with my team, colleagues and clients.
I have honed my marketing and real estate skills and knowledge to be a valuable resource. My team and its clients benefit from my proficiency in several platforms, including InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Constant Contact, CoStar, Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. My goal is to streamline processes and create efficiencies that enable the brokers to focus on generating business.

As a friendly, outgoing person, I build strong relationships and rapport with clients and colleagues. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a brokerage coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield. I provided senior administrative support to a group of brokers, maintaining databases and listings, sending email blasts, and editing various materials. Previously, I served as an administrative assistant at Cresa, a commercial real estate advisory firm.
This experience fueled my desire to continue my commercial real estate career and prepared me to be an integral member of my team at Colliers.
