Professional Summary

I am Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for Colliers International | South Carolina and am responsible for overseeing all property management services delivered by our Columbia team of property managers and property support staff, including building engineers and technicians. Additionally, I stay abreast of industry changes and cutting-edge property management services, which I incorporate into our Colliers’ best practices, policies and procedures across the company’s statewide managed portfolio. I embrace finding and implementing more efficient ways to accomplish the varied tasks required to professionally manage commercial property. I enjoy learning and mentoring others and incorporate both in my approach to managing our team and impacting growth and change in REMS.

My team and I are dedicated to maximizing the performance of our clients’ properties. Our process consists of assessing current conditions, forecasting future needs, delivering cost-effective services and enhancing operation efficiencies to provide building owners with more efficient facilities, higher tenant satisfaction and lower operating costs. Clients are looking for property managers who are knowledgeable in the property type of their asset, excellent communicators, loyal, committed, passionate and driven – all qualities that the Colliers team possesses. We strive to be better than the competition every day.

I am an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and have obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. I currently serve as the Treasurer of our local IREM Executive Board. I am also a Leadership Charleston and Columbia graduate, and hold a South Carolina Property Manager’s License. In 2009, 2011 and 2014, I received the Colliers | South Carolina Management Services Award, recognizing outstanding efforts and achievements in customer service, and the 2011 Colliers | Columbia President’s Award for superior achievement. I was named 2016 Honoree Recipient of Palmetto Center for Women, which recognizes outstanding business and community achievements.

I enjoy being involved in the community and am a member of St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church in Camden. I also volunteer with a variety of organizations and fundraising efforts. I serve as the Student & Academic Outreach committee chairperson for the local chapter of IREM in SC. I am an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women Network.

I joined Colliers International in 2006 as a Property Manager to handle a diverse portfolio of buildings. In 2012, I was appointed to the position of Senior Property Manager with a concentration on complex Class A LEED certified office buildings requiring the management of site personnel, including building engineers, at multiple locations.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a Senior Portfolio Manager for The Beach Company in Charleston, SC, for ten years, where I managed a diverse portfolio of over 1.8 million square feet of Class A office, retail, medical office and industrial properties. Prior to joining The Beach Company, I spent ten years with Merryland & Investments as a residential property manager.
