Ms. Francois joined Colliers | Jacksonville in March 2018. She grew up in the Jacksonville area, and returned to the area after attending the University of Central Florida, and she is a proud #AlumKnight!
Before joining Colliers International, Marrhacia served as the Marketing Coordinator with EXIT Real Estate Gallery, ranked the top grossing multiple office both regionally, and internationally in EXIT Realty Corporation International. She served 450± licensed real estate agents in the Northeast Florida market assisting them in designing marketing materials, placing digital, print and television advertisements, and reviewing materials for compliance.
Since Marrhacia has been with Colliers, she has grown professionally in commercial real estate knowledge, design, and local market knowledge. The CRE training provided via the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) with Colliers University has accelerated my success within the company. Marrhacia has knowledge of retail sales and leasing, industrial sales and leasing, land development sales, and investment properties from working wit her team to produce marketing materials. She is the HubSpot Gatekeeper for the office leading the marketing team on best practices on email marketing and collaborating to drive marketing success.
To date, Marrhacia has been selected as the office support member of the year, and selected as a recipient of the Service Excellence Award chosen by Colliers International U.S. Executive Leadership team. In March 2020, Ms. Francois was promoted to Senior Client Services Coordinator from Client Services Coordinator. She is excited to further use her talent to influence the development through commercial real estate marketing at home in Northeast Florida. Simply put - there’s growth in Jax!

Raised in a “real estate family” in Amelia Island, Florida, Robert W. Selton, III, graduated from Rollins College and shortly after began his promising Commercial Real Estate career.
Early in his career, Bob acquired mentors in the industry who have helped him to become an effective contributor in the market. In his days at Colliers Dickinson (to be later named Colliers International), Bob positioned himself as an eager dealmaker ready to connect with his customers and guide them to achieve their desired results.
Now, as a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Influencer, Bob has earned more than 40 industry awards and recognitions of achievement for his professionalism and tenacity in the market. Mr. Selton has consistently remained a top producer in Northeast Florida completing over 1,100 transactions in excess of $1.2 billion. Bob is currently one of the Top 10 Investment brokers in Colliers International.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate in Northeast Florida. He has completed sales and leases totaling more than $400 million in the disciplines of retail, industrial, office and land.
His brokerage activities are focused on site selection for national/regional retailers and asset acquisition, disposition and leasing with an emphasis on retail and office properties.
Mr. Hinson has over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience in the North Florida Market. Jason has a broad experience in leasing, selling and the development of properties in the disciplines of retail, office, industrial and land. He has focused the majority of his career in the Retail Market. Mr. Hinson’s brokerage activities comprise of both Tenant & Landlord representation for local, regional and national companies. Jason currently represents several Shopping Centers in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.

I've been a resident of Jacksonville since 1974. This has allowed me the opportunity to gain vast knowledge of the local market and develop significant relationships within the local community and regional area. My real estate and commercial experience, in conjunction with my in-depth knowledge of market conditions, allow me to guide my client’s through complex transactions and bring them to successful conclusion.
Client Services Specialist
In my role as a Client Services Specialist, I provide support for a highly productive broker, Robert Selton, and act as the point person for the Client Services Team. This support includes administrative duties, research and project management, transaction processing, proposals and presentations, database management and client support.
Prior to joining Colliers International in April of 2018, I gained experience in the residential Real Estate field. I was the Office Manager for a Weichert Real Estate office in Connecticut, and provided administrative and contract processing support to the broker and the agents of the office. In 2016, I moved to Jacksonville, and accepted a position at Buck & Buck Realtors. I extended my area of expertise into residential property management, while handling tenant related inquiries and all aspects of managing over 250 single family homes.
Jason Hurst is a Chicagoland native who graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 with a Masters of Business Administration from the School of Business & Industry at Florida A&M University with a concentration in Finance. He has 7 years of successful experience with a variety of Fortune 100 companies such as Pfizer, Inc., JP Morgan, and State Farm Insurance. Jason began his career as a Private Wealth analyst in Manhattan with JP Morgan Private Bank and has endeavored into both finance and sales during his corporate career. Jason also has experience as a savvy entrepreneur as he has run three successful businesses across various industries throughout the State of Florida. Jason served for six years as a Director and Senior Vice President at Avison Young as a leading Agency Leasing broker for the Florida Retail Team. Jason had the pleasure of representing institutional clients such as Kimco Properties, Regency Centers, Site Centers, Washington Prim and several private shopping center owners throughout the state of Florida. Personally, Jason serves on the Community Investment Committee at The United Way of North Central Florida and as an active member of ICSC and ULI North Florida Chapter, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Bennett moved to Gainesville, Florida where he graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Food and Resource Economics with a specialization in business management and marketing. Upon Graduating from the University of Florida in 2017, Bennett joined a local boutique real estate firm specializing in both residential and commercial sales and leasing. Prior to joining Colliers International in 2020, Bennett was an associate with Avison Young specializing in both landlord and tenant representation for retail, office, and industrial clients.
Bennett brings to colliers both the managerial and marketing skills needed in any given real estate transaction, but also the personal skills that are often needed to get a transaction successfully to the finish line leaving all parties involved satisfied.
