Michelle Soderberg has used her 25 plus years in specialization in representing in the acquisition and sale of commercial land in the Houston MSA to assist clients in their real estate decision making and problem-solving process.
Michelle joined Colliers’ brokerage team in 2013. Michelle is known for providing her clients a distinct advantage in the successful resolution of the challenges faced in today’s real estate market. Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Michelle was with The BETZ Companies for 18 years, where she was involved in acquiring, managing, and marketing property valued in excess of $225 million in the Houston area. Michelle began her real estate career with Banc One’s Bonnet Resources Corporation focusing on marketing and disposition of foreclosed properties throughout Texas.
Her vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate marketing, development and management translates into a true understanding of real estate process from start to finish allowing her to provide the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment.

Bringing 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

- sublease disposition/recovery

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Aimee is a Senior Client Services Coordinator at the Colliers office in The Woodlands, supporting advisors specializing in office agency leasing, office tenant representation, and the sale and leasing of industrial and land real estate in the North Houston market.
Her role as a Senior Client Services Coordinator includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance, tracking deals, client support and contract administration.
Aimee has been with Colliers since 2019 and joined the Houston office marketing and research team as the administrative coordinator. While on the team, she worked on special projects like creating the Colliers’ affiliate office certification program and performed tasks such as maintaining advisor profiles, auditing and maintaining master broker lists, and onboarding for new hires.
Aimee earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.

- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
Crissy is passionate about innovation and productivity in the workplace; constantly seeking a better way and helping others succeed are a couple of her daily drivers.
Crissy develops and expands marketing and technology platforms for the Houston office and contributes to the Southwest region.
She started as the marketing specialist at the front desk of a boutique commercial real estate firm in 2007, with her first assignment of building their website. From there learning commercial real estate and bringing the best marketing practices to the CRE realm has been her focus.
In 2010 that boutique firm merged with Colliers' Houston office where Crissy was promoted to marketing director, now chief marketing officer, and has been responsible for the organization's marketing efforts. Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture. In January of 2020, she became a principal of the firm.
Some of Crissy's career highlights include being named Colliers U.S. Marketer of the Year, partaking in Fort Bend's Leadership Class program, being recognized as a local Top 40 Under 40, and taking home awards for Best Market Intelligence and Driving Business Efficiencies & Effectiveness.
