Neil has had an integral role at Colliers International since 2001.  After graduating from Molloy College in Rockville Center, NY with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, he entered the commercial real estate arena joining Sutton & Edwards, Inc. (now Colliers International LI Inc.). From the beginning he showed a unique talent which earned him the “Tenderfoot Award” presented to 1st year associates who not only exhibit a superior work ethic but a dedication to promote the core values of the company in the service they provide to their clients.
 
Mr. Creedon has excelled at both Tenant and Landlord Representation and prides himself upon his unmatched market knowledge and fostering personal relationships with those that he represents. A few of the more notable Tenant’s that Mr. Creedon has represented include Winthrop University Hospital, Liberty Maritime Corporation, The Lighthouse Guild, KeySpan Corporation, Sunrise Assisted Living, Nassau County Finance Authority, Cullen & Dykman LLP, ENT & Allergy Associates, Ambassador College Bookstores, Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP & Support Claim Services Inc. Neil’s commitment to detail has also afforded him the opportunity to represent multiple building owners whose holdings are in excess of 1 million square feet. Community has always been an important part of Neil’s character and he has undertaken several projects to “give back”. For more than twenty years Neil has been an active participant in the
John Thiessen Foundation which provides financial aid, donates therapeutic and recreational equipment as well as toys for sick children.  He has recently been nominated to the board. 


As a passionate advocate for animal rights Neil is actively involved in Pit of our Souls which rescues Pit bulls. “
Just as much as we are here to rescue, we are here to educate and work to change the image and stereotypes people have of these severely misunderstood dogs”.


Most recently, Neil realized the amount of unwanted children’s toys based upon his own to children.  He decided to create a not for profit organization that recycles items to be distributed to hospitalized children.


Neil and his wife Lorissa reside in Farmingdale, NY.  They have a 6 year old son (Kameron) & a 2 year old daughter (Reece).
