I am a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina, specializing in retail brokerage representing both tenants and landlords in assisting them with their commercial real estate needs. I also provide assistance in business development initiatives commenced on a corporate level for listings and representation assignments.
I find that success in my work is defined by the relationships that I am able to build with clients and the market knowledge I am able to provide them of this wonderful city. I am humbled to know that my work as a commercial real estate broker can help their real estate needs and dreams become a reality for them. My strengths include strong communication and leadership skills that I have developed further through numerous job experiences.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Before graduating, I was able to intern for various companies including State Farm, WIS News, NAI Earle Furman and with Colliers International, where I was eventually hired as a Brokerage Associate. Though I am most enthusiastic about real estate, I feel that the jobs leading up to my career at Colliers helped me develop the skills that assist me in building client-based relationships day to day.
Memberships & Involvements
As a Columbia native, I’ve been lucky enough to not only experience this city, but also have had the opportunity to get involved in the community I’ve called home my entire life. I am a member at the United Way which led me to my involvement with St. Lawrence Place as a tutor for elementary-aged children. I am a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church, where I am a High School Youth Leader. In addition, I have participated with Homeworks working on various service projects throughout the state. Audrey Hepburn said, “As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands: one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.” I believe that helping others not only includes serving my clients by going above and beyond, but also serving those in need in our community with my heart, my hands and my time. Columbia is full of endless opportunities and I am looking forward to developing my community involvement as a young professional here in this fast-growing city.
