"I want younger women to know that it is possible to work in this industry and have a family," stated Allison, "You don't strive for balance, but an integration of work and home life."
"Allison's leadership role with Colliers will include pioneering a new, strategic initiative where her expertise and skills in tenant representation will add tremendous value to the Colliers Office Occupier Services team," commented Holly Hughes, President and COO of Colliers International Atlanta.
Allison is a current board member at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), where she leads the Mentorship Program, a key component for building diversity in the commercial real estate industry.
