Levolor Inc. is relocating its Sandy Springs headquarters.
The more than 100-year-old maker of custom window coverings will move to Lakeside Office Park, where it will grow to at least 120 employees over the next few years.
Levolor will lease just over 43,000 square feet at Lakeside, a 26-acre office park along Glenridge Drive. For now, the company is located in the Three Glenlake building in Sandy Springs.
However, Levolor is making room for the expansion of Inspire Brands, which is building out its own $32 million headquarters at Three Glenlake.
Levolor will relocate to its new home in Lakeside Office Park, Building A, in October, said President Christian Leard.
The space became available with CSM Bakery Solutions decided to consolidate its Atlanta operations into its existing facilities in Tucker.
Levolor will take over the CSM lease at Lakeside and extend the term by three years.
Dan Granot, with Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate, represented Levolor in the lease transaction. Michael Lipton and Tiffany Wein, with Colliers International-Atlanta, represented CSM.
Lakeside owner Crocker Partners purchased the five-building property in 2015. It continues to slowly transition the office park into a more mixed-use development.
