BOISE, IDAHO, Dec, 15, 2017 – The online vacation-home rental service, Vacasa, is expanding their workforce and presence in Boise with the recent leasing of 34,308 square feet in One Capital Center. Centrally located on Main Street, the second and third floor of One Capital Center will initially host 100 employees beginning May 2018. 

“Vacasa is experiencing exceptional growth and we are delighted One Capital Center was selected to accommodate the increase of employees,” said Scott Raeber, CCIM, MBA, office associate, Colliers International. “Its going to be exciting to see what they do with the space,” he added.

Vacasa currently maintains a downtown office at 121 N. 9th St. As part of the lease agreement, the company plans to capitalize on the large windows allowing for natural light, highly efficient floor plates, and the flexibility for customized renovations that both floors of the tower offer.

“In addition to being right downtown, we liked the feel of the newly designed lobby and common areas, the park-like outdoor space, and the contemporary design,” said Ryan Vestal, CFO of Vacasa.

Scott Feighner and Scott Raeber from Colliers International represented One Capital Center, a joint venture managed by Oppenheimer Development Corporation. Jeffrey Hall and Brii Mason from Northwest Commercial Advisors LLC represented Vacasa.

Vacasa strives to make vacation rentals as simple as possible for both owners and guests.  Services offered include an online booking engine, property management, photography and more.  The company manages more than 6,000 vacation rentals, including 256 homes in 18 Idaho communities.
