Fast-Tracked Trac 75 Trade To Reap Grossman, Waypoint $42.5M

The success proved so complete that Trac 75’s joint venture partners decided to flip the asset and by this past autumn had retained Colliers International to drum up prospects, hiring Multifamily Practice Group leader Christopher Sower and his contingent to handle the assignment. “Colliers did an excellent job on getting people to the property, including some very good (groups),” says Jacob Grossman.
