Real-estate investment and development firm Related Beal has acquired 451 D St. in South Boston for $276 million, nearly seven times what Beal Cos., Related Beal’s predecessor, paid when it and a joint venture partner previously acquired the 480,000-square-foot building in 2006.

 


Amazon’s future Seaport office, Harbor Square Park get design OK

Widett Circle, once home to Olympic dreams, could sell for $200M
