Just since Monday, Dunkin' (Nasdaq: DNKN) stock is up nearly 8 percent to $59.07 following speculation that European investment fund JAB Holding Co. may be interested in buying the Canton-based restaurant holding company.

Five-story apartment proposed for site of South Boston market

A longtime neighborhood market and butcher shop would get a new home under plans for a 32-unit apartment building at the base of Telegraph Hill in South Boston.Bell’s Market operator George Khoury has proposed construction of a five-story residential building at 236-256 Dorchester St. The building would include 7,835 square feet of ground-floor space for his market and a potential new diner or cafe.

 

Shire to sell 100-employee Milford site as part of manufacturing slim-down

Constellation Center plans alter direction, with possible commercial tower attached
