Multi-family Eastern Region Advisory Group professionals Ryan Griffith and Max Kemether have relocated to Charlotte to expand the Eastern Team throughout in the Carolina’s.
Colliers Multi-family Advisory Group is dedicated to the disposition and equity placement of multifamily properties throughout the East Region. Our team leads multifamily investment sales and equity capital markets activity for our clients throughout the Eastern United States.
The Multifamily Advisory Group | East Region began in 2011. Since its origination, the team has executed more than $2.8 billion in transaction volume and equity capital raised. The team has over 50 years of multifamily investment sale experience.
Christopher “Chip” Andrews has joined Colliers International Metro Industrial Team. Chip completed his Masters at UNCC and has formerly worked as a Resource Specialist and Logistics Sale Team Leader with local firms.
Margaret “Lexi” Stafford has also joined the Colliers Charlotte as a Brokerage Assistant. Formerly a Social Media Marketing Coordinator with Piedmont Peterbilt, Lexi will continue to expand her commercial real estate knowledge by working closely with our seasoned staff of support personnel and sales agents.

Arthur “Rocky” McElhannon, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS joined the Colliers Valuation office as a Senior Valuation Services Director. Rocky has 33 years of commercial appraisal experience in Philadelphia and the Carolinas and specializes in “Special-Purpose” properties such as marina’s, automobile dealerships and all types of industrial properties.
Adam Staubitz joined the Colliers Valuation office as a Senior Valuation Specialist. Adam has 10 years of commercial appraisal experience and specializes in eminent domain appraisal work throughout the Carolinas.
Dwaine Whitley, MAI joined the Colliers Valuation office as a Senior Valuation Specialist. Dwaine has more than 30 years of appraisal and consulting experience throughout North and South Carolina, including previous work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Durette Woods joined the Colliers Valuation office as a Valuation Specialist. His experience includes a variety of commercial uses throughout the Carolinas including single and multi-unit industrial, single and multi-unit retail, office and industrial condominiums, multi-unit office, residential multi-family, and institutional.
