Colliers International | Chicago is pleased to announce that Tony Karmin, principal, and Michael Marrion, vice president, with the Downtown Chicago Office Advisory group represented North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex) in a 13,127-rentable-square-foot lease at 200 West Jackson Boulevard in Chicago.

“Nadex ultimately chose the building because of its open floor efficiency and the abundance of natural light throughout,” said Tony Karmin. “The building’s 28th (top) floor amenity space, including a lounge, outdoor terrace and fitness center, also aligned with what Nadex envisioned for their next space.”

Nadex is a US-based retail-focused online binary options exchange. It offers retail trading of binary options and spreads on the most heavily traded forex, commodities and stock indices markets.

200 West Jackson is a premier 29-story office building comprised of approximately 487,000 rentable square feet. 200 West Jackson was purchased in 2015 in a joint venture between White Oak Realty and Angelo Gordon & Co. Nadex expects to move into the building on June 1, 2018. The company will move from its current 10,900-square-foot office at 311 South Wacker Drive.

Tom Saletta from White Oak represented ownership in this transaction.
