Colliers International | Chicago today announced Frederick Regnery, principal, has been named national director of the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG). IAG, a new initiative for the firm, will strengthen Colliers’ national industrial platform, enhance collaboration with other key service lines, and develop and implement best practices across North America to the firm’s corporate industrial clients.
“With well-known, national industrial clients comprising nearly 90 percent of Fred’s work, he is the ideal leader for IAG,” said Phil Stafford, Chief Operating Officer of Colliers | Chicago. “The experience and vision Fred brings to the group will help drive solutions and strategies to enhance the industrial platform and benefit our clients.”
IAG will deepen the firm’s focus on corporations with industrial portfolios by developing and piloting best practices regarding professional training, client experience, and new service development for the firm’s 600 industrial brokers.
IAG is comprised of approximately 15 industrial brokers and Corporate Solutions and Logistics & Supply Chain professionals from across North America. In addition to Regnery, Brian Kling, principal, and Matthew Stauber, SIOR, principal, of Colliers | Chicago have been named IAG members.
Regnery is the current president of NAIOP Chicago. He is also a leader in the firm’s national Logistics and Transportation group and a member of Colliers | Chicago’s Executive Committee. Regnery is a seven-time “Everest Club” honoree – a designation awarded to the top 10 percent of producers from Colliers International’s Americas region – and was Colliers’ number one industrial professional in North America for 2015.
