Cleveland-Akron, OH - Colliers International | Cleveland is pleased to announce the following recently completed commercial real estate transactions from our office in Cleveland in February 2020 -

Ryan Fisher represented IHOP in 4,100 SF lease on Bagley Road in
Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Mark S. Abood represented the seller Clark Real Property Investment Inc. in
the auctions/sale of a 252,000 SF industrial property located at 401 Wall St.,
Tiffin, Ohio.

Bill Stevens and Brian A. Hurtuk represented the landlord, Covington Realty
Advisors, in the lease of 5,231 SF office space at Canal Place in Akron, Ohio.
