  • Paige Bryant represented The Local Buzz LLC in leasing 1,025 square feet of retail space at 631 Harden Street in Five Points. 
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease renewal of 44,465 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road for Husqvarna. 
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 54,073 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road for China Jushi USA Corp. 
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR represented Haldex Brake Products Corp in the lease renewal of 32,000 square feet of industrial space at 1241 First Street South.
  • Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented Realty Income Corporation in the sale of 1 acre of land at 3333 Washington Road in Augusta to EFN Augusta Properties, LLC for $700,000.
  • Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented Realty Income Corporation in the sale of 0.58 acres of land at 1494 Jones Street in Augusta to QOF 4 BHG, LLC.
  • Marshall Hoefer and Tommy Tapp represented South Lake Perry Properties, Inc. in the sale of a 4,082-square-foot office building at 811 South Lake Drive in Lexington. 
  • Philip Vann, CCIM and Paige Bryant brought 7499 Parklane Road to 100% leased with TranSystems Corporation leasing the last remaining 2,231 square feet.
