Colliers International announces 2019 Top Producers and Walter M. Keenan Award Recipient

Charleston / Columbia / Greenville / Spartanburg – Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce the commercial real estate firm’s brokerage awards for 2019, presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration on January 28, 2020. The leading producer for Colliers in South Carolina was Chuck Salley, SIOR, who earned the 2019 Walter M. Keenan Award, named after the firm’s former leader. 

Chuck Salley, SIOR, is a Vice President and the Director of Industrial Brokerage in the firm’s Columbia office. Salley has experience in all aspects of industrial brokerage, including leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site acquisition, investment sales and consulting. With his proven track record of providing innovative solutions to achieve his clients’ business goals, he delivers a platform that promotes the success of his clients. This marks the sixth time in the past ten years that Salley has been honored with the Walter M. Keenan Award, a reflection of his impact on the robust industrial commercial real estate industry in the state and of the value that he and his team provide to their clients in navigating the market.

Brockton Hall is a Senior Brokerage Associate with Colliers International in the Greenville and Spartanburg offices. He is a member of the Upstate industrial team along with long-time real estate professionals, Garrett Scott and John Montgomery. This team specializes in the needs of industrial landlords and occupiers throughout the Southeast.

 

Hall comes from a commercial construction background with years of experience in the commercial sector working on projects including K-12, office and institutional. He also has significant renovation and retrofitting experience. His construction background allows him to assist occupiers with their building specifications and advise them during the build-to-suit and new construction process. For developers and investors, he is well-equipped to advise on construction-related issues involved in tenant upfits, value-add projects and new development.
