Columbia, SC – Colliers International South Carolina is pleased to announce that the 2015 President’s Award was presented to Liz McCary, Director of Marketing. The award, which Colliers has given annually for over 30 years, recognizes one member of the Colliers International South Carolina staff who has excelled in their role at the company and made meaningful contributions to the broader Colliers organization in South Carolina.

McCary joined the Colliers team as a Brokerage Assistant in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2012. She is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy across all platforms of the company. Her initiatives have provided a creative and analytical platform for Colliers’ brokerage associates, property and project managers, and clients through the management of the company’s marketing, and communications strategies.

In 2015, she received the award for “Best New Business Proposal in the Americas” at the Colliers International Marketing & Research Conference. She earned the award for her unique proposal that was client focused and delivered an international marketing strategy to meet the needs and goals of the client.
