High-caliber tenant to open its first Myrtle Beach location. 

Myrtle Beach, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented The Jackson Companies in a recently completed lease with Duck Donuts.

Duck Donuts, who plans to open by Summer 2019, will join Ocean Lakes Village, a master-planned redevelopment anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market owned by The Jackson Companies. The center is located on Highway 17 Business across from Ocean Lakes Family Village Campground, which is also owned and operated by The Jackson Companies.

Duck Donuts, known for serving Warm, Delicious and Made-to-Order! ® donuts, originated in Duck, North Carolina in 2006. Customers can create their own donut combination by choosing from a variety of coatings, toppings and drizzles, including traditional favorites such as chocolate icing with sprinkles and more adventurous creations such as maple icing with bacon. The family-friendly stores offer a viewing area where children and adults alike can watch their donuts being made. Duck Donuts operates nearly 80 locations across the United States, including three in South Carolina, and is contracted to open an additional 145. 

Ocean Lakes Village is a master-planned redevelopment with lease and ground lease opportunities. Located on the northwest corner of Highway 544 and Highway 17 Business in Myrtle Beach’s “campground” area. Developed by The Jackson Companies, Ocean Lakes Village has various size parcels within the property which are still available.
