Colliers provided project management services during the design and construction of additions and renovations to the Riverfield Elementary School.
This multi-phased $15 Million renovation and new addition project occurred within an existing operational facility. Construction occurred during summer school vacations as well as during the school year when the building was fully-occupied by students and faculty.
In its role as owner’s project manager, Colliers provided comprehensive project management services and worked under the auspices of the building committee and coordinated a project team consisting of the Architect, Construction Manager-at-Risk, various independent consultants, representatives from the Fairfield Public School District, and various Town departments.
In addition, Colliers has been engaged to provide project management services for the temporary expansion and proposed renovation / addition to the Holland Hill Elementary School Project.
