Colliers Gainesville Facilitates 2,950-Square-Foot Office Lease for Atlas Title Services

New real estate law and title service company lands on to 43rd Street Corridor

Colliers Gainesville has facilitated a 2,950-square-foot office lease on behalf of Atlas Title Services. The real estate law and title services company is a new partnership between Justin Mowitz, Esq., and Nicole Rappaport. Atlas began operating at its new office at 3620 NW 43rd Street, Suite A, on February 10, 2020.

The Colliers Gainesville Team represented both parties in the transaction, bringing the building to full occupancy. Colliers Gainesville is also a tenant in the building.
