Colliers Gainesville facilitates purchase of Millhopper office building

Purchase will support expansion of CollaborativeWEALTH®’s operations in Gainesville

The Colliers Gainesville Team has facilitated the purchase of a 5,000-square-foot office building in the Millhopper submarket, located at 4915 Northwest 43rd Street.

Dan Drotos, Rory Causseaux and Mike Ryals represented the buyer, Chad Justice of CW Gainesville, LLC, in the transaction, which closed July 7, 2019. The purchase will support the expansion of CollaborativeWEALTH®’s Gainesville operations.

CollaborativeWEALTH®, a financial planning and integrated wealth management firm headquartered in Lake Mary, Fla., entered the Gainesville market in September 2017. Justice and his team have since acquired two more firms and plan to continue growing CollaborativeWEALTH®’s presence in the region.

This purchase provided the perfect balance of a convenient location and street presence, all within a professional office setting.

“CollaborativeWEALTH® sought a highly visible office space to support their growing client base in Gainesville,” said Drotos. “Our team was able to seek out this off-market opportunity based on the client’s needs, which will allow for their strategic growth in the years to come. The building features space to grow for the future, and the central location is perfect for serving individuals and businesses across North Central Florida.”
