Spartanburg, SC – Colliers International in South Carolina is pleased to welcome Ashley Fenlon as the Marketing Coordinator in Spartanburg. In her role, Fenlon will provide marketing expertise to the brokerage professionals out of the new Spartanburg location and provide a well-rounded client experience for the rapidly expanding Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market, also known as the Upstate.
She will assist the brokerage team by creating marketing collateral, executing multi-channel digital campaigns, overseeing online and direct advertising efforts, managing social media presence, participating in market research, and creating proposals for clients.
Fenlon is a graduate of the University of Northern Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and English. Prior to joining Colliers, she has managed digital marketing campaigns for several independent software vendors in both direct and independent contractor capacities. These roles, along with years of experience in sales and advertising, will be a critical asset to Colliers as the enterprise grows its market share in the Upstate.
