  • Taylor Allen, CCIM, Brantley Anderson, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville LLC in the lease of 5,186 square feet of office space at 15 S. Main Street in Greenville to Evans General Contractors LLC.
  • Taylor Allen, CCIM, Brantley Anderson, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville LLC in the lease of 4,705 square feet of office space at 15 S. Main Street in Greenville to Zipit Wireless, Inc.
  • Taylor Allen, CCIM, Brantley Anderson, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville LLC in the lease of 1,976 square feet of office space at 15 S. Main Street in Greenville to Hurley Law PA.
  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented Ultratan, Inc. in leasing 1,625 square feet of retail space in Publix Pavilion located at 479 Bypass 72 NW in Greenwood.
  • Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars, MRED represented Pacific Westland in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 1411 Floyd Baker Boulevard in Gaffney to Jersey Mike’s. 
  • Frank Hammond, CCIM represented Claiborne @ Simpsonville LLC in the purchase of 12 acres on Fairview Road in Simpsonville for $1,200,000.
