Greenville, SC – Colliers International South Carolina was awarded the leasing assignment for Dorman Centre, a 388,276 square-foot power shopping center in Spartanburg, SC. The center is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and includes other popular retailers like Pier 1 Imports, Ross, TJ Maxx and Michaels. The center is located near WestGate Mall.

The assignment caps off a recent push by Colliers to increase its retail leasing portfolio in the Upstate. Colliers was also recently awarded the leasing assignments for The Shops at Greenridge and Anderson Station, which means Colliers is now responsible for marketing three of the largest power centers in the Upstate. All located in prime suburban retail corridors with growing residential populations and higher-than-average rental rates, the three centers make up over a million square feet of retail space in the Upstate. The Shops of Greenridge provides ±466,432 square feet of retail space on Woodruff Road, Anderson Station offers ±243,663 square feet of retail space off Clemson Boulevard, while Dorman Center delivers 388,276 square feet of retail space in Spartanburg.
