Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Barrett, MCR, Brannan Hudson, Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall represented the landlord, Pete Weisman, of Corporate Center on the leasing of approximately 8,000 square feet at 151 Corporate Drive, a 50,000-square-foot flex building, in Spartanburg, SC. The space will be occupied by ORBIS Corporation, North America’s leading manufacturer of plastic reusable packaging, based in Wisconsin.

ORBIS has locations in Europe, Canada, Mexico and 19 states in the U.S. This will be their second location in South Carolina, with a service center in Fountain Inn.

Peter Weisman, architect and owner of Corporate Center, has 30 years’ experience in design and construction of low- and high-rise buildings throughout the United States and Europe and brings his design/build services to the tenants, such as ORBIS, at Corporate Center. “I am pleased to have ORBIS join our Center, their company values and approach to sustainability fits well with the overall goal for Corporate Center,” said Weisman.
